Frankincense - alleviates nervous energy, increases spiritual awareness, supports healthy skin

Lavender - soothing, calming, great for skin, great to relax before bedtime

Lemon - invigorates the mind and body by supporting the nervous system, cleans your bodily systems, supports proper nasal function, healthy respiratory function. 

peppermint - focus and clarity, minor aches and pains, suppresses appetite. 

BLENDS: 

Valor - When the body, mind and spirit are aligned, we are able to open and release emotional barriers that are keeping us stuck. This oil allows us have the courage and self-esteem to allow us to overcome those things that are holding us back. Thieves - promotes healthy immune function, great for cleaning, I put baking soda into a mason jar, with a couple drops of Thieves. I hammered holes into the lid and use it as a non-toxic cleanser and rug freshener. 

DiGize - supports healthy digestive system, alleviates nausea and upset stomach, fullness, bloating and gas. (Also a very good remedy for hangovers).  

Raven - a cleansing blend that creates a cooling sensation when applied to the chest and throat. Its a great respiratory support. 

PanAway - I put this on pimples and mix with a carrier oil to tone the skin. It also relieves occasional muscle soreness and tension, counters stressed nerves, soothes joints and ligaments after exercise, add to massage oil. 

Stress Away - smells so yummy!  It reduces nervous tension and induce relaxation, reduces stressors so that normal sleep patterns can be maintained. Add to the diffuser or add some to water for a fun non-alcoholic drink. 

Citrus Fresh - neutralizes odors in the air, it purifies and cleanses the air. It helps with agitation as well. You can add a couple drops to a cotton ball and put it in the vents of your car to help freshen stale air, put in shoes to remove odors or use as part of daily facial cleaning.
